clips that you have been collecting for years. These ideas
and photos are what you want in your new home, but you don’t know where
to start. The CADD Group will work together with you to bring these ideas from conceptual design to finished detailed construction drawings, all in a hospitable and relaxed atmosphere. During the initial planning stage, we confer with you to ascertain type, size, and ulimate usage of your new home. We can also pull resources from our already designed and drawn homes to give you additional ideas. The finished construction drawings will be ready for the builder, sub’s, city engineers and loan committee. All the drawings will comply to both International Building Codes and Wind and Storm codes. Additional services such as selecting contractors and overseeing construction can optionally be provided. If you have a builder, we will work with them to make your dreams become a reality. |

structures. Using these technologies help to promote
accuracy, legibility, and faster output. |

look like before the construction of your home ever starts. Three-dimensional technology gives you a better perspective whether certain rooms are large enough or too small. Furnishings and appliances as well as floor textures, and various brick siding can be seen in 3D. |
